Singh had been in the United Arab Emirates on personal travel when the situation deteriorated rapidly. The region experienced complete airspace shutdowns which resulted in all flights getting canceled thus her trip from Abu Dhabi to India had to stop.

Her Statement

The Gulf region saw increased military operations which created direct disturbances for people living in the area and for aircraft operations as fighting between Iran and Israel and their allied forces escalated. The reports from Dubai and Abu Dhabi showed that missiles appeared in the sky while loud explosions created disturbing sounds.
