On Matchday 36 of Premier League, Liverpool displayed a robust performance defeating Huddersfield Town by 5-0. Meanwhile, images and reports are coming in from the match which reveals that Liverpool’s striker Mohammad Salah might have killed a pigeon with his shot during the match.
Liverpool hosted the match against Huddersfield Town which was played at the Anfield. Mohammad Salah and Sadio Mane scored brace while Naby Keita provided the dream start to the Reds by netting inside 15 seconds that helped Liverpool to clinch a 5-0 victory over the visitors.
The win takes them an inch closer to the league title as they have advanced Manchester City by 2 points, though the latter have played a game less than the Reds.
During the match, late in the second half, a pigeon was spotted lay lifeless in the Huddersfield penalty area. This was potted before the fourth goal, when television cameras picked up the likes of Daniel Sturridge staring at it.
