Moto Edge 40 Neo: The Indian debut of the Motorola Edge 40 Neo smartphone is imminent, following its debut in Europe earlier this month. The official introduction in India is scheduled for September 21. A source, Abhishek Yadav, has disclosed the price of the phone in the country prior to its release.
According to Abhishek, the Moto Edge 40 Neo will cost Rs 24,999 in India, making it the least expensive smartphone in the Edge series. Moto Edge 40 Neo Specifications
The Moto Edge 40 Neo features a 6.55-inch pOLED display with Full HD+ resolution, delivering vivid visuals at 2400 × 1080 pixels and a high pixel density of 409ppi. The display has a 144Hz refresh rate and a 360Hz touch sampling rate, making it extremely responsive. It reaches a maximum luminance of 1300 units and employs a 10-bit panel to produce vivid images.
Under the hood, the Moto Edge 40 Neo is propelled by a 6nm-fabricated MediaTek Dimensity 7030 chipset and a Mali G610 GPU for effective performance. 8GB or 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB or 256GB of uMCP storage are available as memory options.
In addition to three years of security updates, the device runs Android 13 and guarantees future enhancements, including Android 14 and Android 15. It has a 50MP primary camera with optical image stabilization and a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens that supports macro and depth modes. There is a 32MP front-facing camera for taking high-quality selfies.
The Moto Edge 40 Neo is equipped with a 5000mAh battery and a USB 2.0 Type-C port that supports 68W TurboPower rapid charging. A fingerprint scanner integrated into the display facilitates fast and secure access.
