NEW DELHI: Professional Examination Board has released the revised dates for Madhya Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (MP TET) 2020. According to the MP TET 2020 revised dates, the exam is now slated to be held from January 2 – 23, 2020. THE MP TET 2020 exam dates are declared on the official site at peb.mp.gov.in.
Previously, the MP TET 2020 exam was delayed thrice because of the COVID-19 and some other reasons too.
Candidates who have submitted the application form can download the MP TET 2020 admit card which would be released a week before the exam. Candidates must follow the government guidelines to prevent the risk of getting infected from COVID-19.

Earlier, the MP TET 2020 exam was deferred in view of the coronavirus pandemic due to the complete nationwide lockdown.
Later, the Professional Examination Board, run on the orders of the Supreme Court, postponed the Madhya Pradesh Primary Teachers Eligibility Test to avoid the intervention of leaders in government employment.
The students were in rage against the board for not announcing the dates. According to the students, the board has become the puppet of the Bhopal Government. The board cannot give excuse of COVID-19 as Supreme Court has already given order to take exam under preventive measures and guidelines.
About MP TET 2020:
Applicants who have registered for the MP TET exam would have their certificate of eligibility valid for seven years.
The entrance test will be two hours and thirty minutes, as per the exam pattern of MP TET 2020, and candidates would have to answer multiple choice questions. There will be 150 questions in the test, candidates will have to answer and for each correct answer, one mark will be awarded.
