Mr Majnu starring Akhil Akkineni, Nidhhi Agerwal is touted as a romantic comedy film which is released in the US and few other foreign countries on January 24. Telugu movie Mr Majnu hit the screens today in India.
The movie synopsis reads, “A charming playboy who has never had a serious relationship finds himself in a spot of bother when he finally meets the right girl. Will they end up together? Or will his fear of commitment affect their relationship?”
BVSN Prasad produced Mr Majnu under his banner Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra (SVCC).
Akhil Akkineni and Nidhhi Agerwal are seen in the lead roles, while Izabelle Leite, Naga Babu, Subbaraju, Rao Ramesh, Jayaprakash, Pavitra Lokesh, Sithara, Priyadarshi Pullikonda and Vidyullekha Raman also appear in the film.
Akhil Akkineni is being lauded by the audiences for his pumped-up dance number.
The Telugu family drama movie has been written and directed by Venky Atluri which has been edited by Navin Nooli. Thaman S has given the music for the film while Sekhar is the choreographer of the movie.
In 2017, the much-loved Akhil Akkineni got his career back on track when Hello opened to a good response at the box office and fared better than expected.
