According to the reports, Suttur mutt seer and few others were injured on Tuesday afternoon after a bunch of nitrogen filled balloons busted into flames while inaugurating a wrestling tournament in Mysuru.
The meet in Mysuru was inaugurated by Sutturu seer Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Swamiji. The balloons, which were part of the decorations at the venue, caused a blast after the flames of sports torch accidentally touched them.
As per the early reports, fire lasted only a couple of seconds but critically injured at least three people. The Suttur Mutt Seer and MLC Marithibbe Gowda are among the four injured in the incident.
The injured ones were rushed to Primary Healthcare Centre at Suttur immediately
