Prime Minister Narendra Modi‘s team is now looking for young graduates and is offering Graduate Impact Leadership Program. They are looking for young graduates from the top engineering, law, commerce, science, or art colleges in the country.

The Graduate Impact Leadership Program offers “To be in a village understanding the local issues and political trends. Brainstorming with your team using such insights to design an election campaign. Discussing election campaign strategy with political stakeholders. Crafting the message that shapes public opinion. Getting involved in the grass-root implementation for taking the campaign to the masses. Coming up with policy suggestions for election manifestos. Crunching data in real-time to predict electoral outcomes. Observing your work has real impact on real people by solving real problems. And doing all this while supporting Prime Minister Modi and his party in their vision to build a new India.”

What are the eligibility criteria?

1. The applicants need to be from the top engineering, law, commerce, science, or art colleges in the country.

2. The applicant should be currently enrolled in a graduate/undergraduate course (3, 4, or 5-year integrated programs) at such college and graduating from your course in 2020. Post-graduates are not eligible for GILP.

There 5 positions open for GILP:

1. Political Consultant

2. Research Associate

It requires experience in a related field of policy or governance that would be preferred.

3. Associate Product Manager

4. Analyst

5. Data Science Associate

The recruitment process goes through various rounds and that includes:

1. Application Form

The application form can be filled from the official website of the nation with NaMo i.e. gilp.nationwithnamo.com. The applicants can submit their application will April 26.

2. Resume Shortlisting

3. Interview Process

Shortlisted applicants will undergo 3 to 5 rounds of interviews

4. Final Decision

Final decisions will be communicated within a week of the last interview
