NEET PG Answer Key 2026: NEET PG 2026 candidates are still waiting for the provisional answer key and response sheet. NBEMS is expected to release both soon, but no exact date or time has been announced yet. The documents will help students check the answers against the responses they marked in the exam and get an idea of their expected score before the result.
The main NEET PG exam was held on August 30, 2026 in a single shift. A total of 2,73,096 candidates were scheduled for the test. Of these, 2,65,980 appeared. The exam took place at 1,111 centres spread across 339 cities in all 36 States and Union Territories. The examination was successfully completed for about 2,63,535 candidates.

A re-examination was later held for 2,445 candidates who were affected by an internal power problem at two iON Digital Zone centres in Sitapura, Jaipur. The retest took place on September 5, 2026.
NEET PG Answer Key 2026: How To Check Response Sheet?
After the release, candidates can use their NBEMS applicant login to see their recorded responses, question IDs and the provisional answers. The information can also be used to work out a probable score. Under the marking scheme, a correct answer carries 4 marks, while 1 mark is deducted for a wrong answer. No marks are given for an unanswered question.

Candidates are advised to use official NBEMS websites and avoid downloading answer keys from unverified social media posts or unknown PDFs. The NEET PG 2026 result is scheduled to be declared by September 30, 2026.

Speaking about the re-exam arrangements, Dr Mihir Singh said, “Regarding the exam preparation, I would say it was good. The preparation was solid last time also. But the management of the exam itself was terrible. The government really needs to pay attention to these things. They did not really have adequate arrangements in place beforehand. We faced a lot of difficulties there, and hopefully, the exam will be conducted properly.”

The Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test, or GPAT, is a national-level exam linked to admission to Master of Pharmacy courses and scholarship opportunities for eligible candidates. NBEMS currently conducts GPAT in association with the Pharmacy Council of India.
