NEST Result 2023 Releasing Tomorrow:
Previously, the NEST 2023 Exam was administered online via CBT (Computer-Based Test) on June 24, 2023. Exam sessions lasted from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The NEST 2023 Examination was administered in 122 cities across the country.
The NEST Exam is a national-level entrance exam for 5-year Integrated M.Sc programmes in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics at the National Institute of Science Education and Research, Bhubaneswar, and the University of Mumbai – Department of Atomic Energy Centre of Excellence in Basic Sciences (UM–DAE CEBS), Mumbai.
Under the DISHA programme of the Department of Atomic Energy of the Government of India, candidates who enter these integrated M.Sc programmes through the NISER NEST screening test at the aforementioned institutions receive a Rs 60,000 annual scholarship. In addition, these students receive a yearly grant of Rs 20,000 for summer internships.
