National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) conducts a national level entrance exam every year for candidates seeking admission in various UG and PG Courses of Fashion and Design.
Qualified candidates of this examination will get admission in courses like Bachelor of Design, Bachelors of Fashion Technology, Master of Fashion Technology, Master of Design, Master of Fashion Management etc. at various campuses of NIFT located in New Delhi, Kangra, Jodhpur, Bhubaneswar, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Patna, Shillong, Srinagar, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Bhopal, Gandhinagar, Kannur and Raebareli.

How to Download NIFT Admit Card 2022:
Candidates can download the NIFT admit card by following the steps mentioned below:
- Step 1: Click on the admit card link
- Enter any two of the credentials given below:
- Six-digit application number
- Email ID
- Date of birth
- Click on Submit.
- Download and save the NIFT admit card
NIFT 2022 – Exam-day Instructions:
- Document checklist – Carry your NIFT 2022 admit card and a valid photo ID proof.
- Reporting time – Report at the NIFT 2022 exam center at least half an hour before the commencement of the exam.
- Items to carry – Carry your own stationery items that will be needed for the written test.
- Barred items – You are not allowed to carry things like a calculator, mobile phone, purse etc. inside their examination hall.
- COVID guidelines – Follow general rules like maintaining social distancing and wearing masks at all times. Also, carry a hand sanitizer and follow instructions given by the exam staff.
Acceptable ID proof for NIFT 2022 Exam:
Candidates are advised to carry the original copy of their valid photo ID proof along with their NIFT 2022 admit card. Candidates can carry any one of the below-mentioned ID cards along with their NIFT admit card on the exam day are mentioned below:
- Aadhaar Card
- Voter’s ID
- Passport

- Driving License

NIFT Admit Card 2022 for Situation Test/GD/PI:
Once aspirants clear the written entrance exam for NIFT admissions and make it to NIFT merit list then they need to appear for the Situation Test round in order to secure admission in BDes programme and for admission in master’s programmes, they need to appear for Group Discussion/ Interview round.
Candidates who are shortlisted to appear in the Situation Test/ GD/ PI round need to then download another admit card for NIFT admissions.
In order to download NIFT admit cards for these admission rounds, candidates need to simply visit the official website of NIFT and enter details such as their Application Number, Roll Number and Date of Birth.
Once these details are submitted, the admit card opens on the screen and thereafter candidates need to take a clear print of their NIFT admit card and carry the same to their NIFT test center.
