Bihar Chief Minister and Janata Dal (United) president appointed Prashant Kishor an election strategist as the National Vice President of the Janata Dal-United on Tuesday.
Prashant Kishor is now officially number two after Nitish Kumar in the JDU.
Kishor who joined the party last month has been promoted by the party leadership. Popularly known as PK, came into limelight after his credentials for electoral successes of Narendra Modi in 2014 Lok Sabha election.
Prashant Kishor was hired by the Nitish Kumar for Mahagathbandhan in 2015 Bihar Assembly election and guided them to the victory.
