Samajwadi Party workers were left baffled as Bahujan Samaj Party Jaunpur Member of Parliament Shyam Singh Yadav made a visit to their party office on Thursday, October 31. The MP described the Samajwadi Party as his brother.
SP had organized a program in the party office on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, in which party workers across the district came together. BSP MP Shyam Singh Yadav also participated in the event.
When the MP was asked about his presence int SP’s event, he said that he is not afraid of anyone and would come to the Samajwadi Party’ meeting and office over and over. The Samajwadi Party has helped him win the elections and the party members are like his brothers, he said.
In the Lok Sabha Elections 2019, SP-BSP contested together. The Jaunpur seat fell under the BSP, on whose ticket Shyam Singh Yadav contested and won the election.
