Parasakthi Box Office Collection Day 4:Sivakarthikeyan’s mega film “Parasakthi” which was highly awaited came to the box office and was predicted to rebound after a not so good opening weekend and a hefty drop on Monday. Nevertheless, recent trade sources suggest that the film has failed to maintain the same momentum throughout the week.
The industry tracker Sacnilk has provided preliminary estimates indicating that Parasakthi collected virtually no significant amount on Day 4 (Tuesday) owing to the weekday attendance not recovering after the initial three days of release. Thus, the net collection for the first four days in India is approximately ₹25.35 crores.
Parasakthi Box Office Collection Day 4
Right at the beginning, Parasakthi made a really strong impression on the audience in the movie theatres. The movie earned close to ₹12.5 crores on the first day, then ₹10.1 crores on Sunday revealing that the Pongal weekend brought in a decent audience in Tamil Nadu and major urban centres across the country. The third day, in contrast, experienced a significant decline, with early trade estimates pointing towards a collection of less than ₹2 crores.

At the same time, Parasakthi’s box office journey has seen notable highlights. Its first and second days helped push the two-day India net collection above ₹22.5 crore, and international markets contributed to a decent worldwide figure in the early phase of release though detailed overseas numbers beyond Day 2 remain to be widely reported.

Casting, Story and Box Office Expectations
Directed by Sudha Kongara and produced by Dawn Pictures, Parasakthi is a period-drama rooted in the 1960s anti-Hindi imposition movement in Tamil Nadu, featuring Sivakarthikeyan in the lead, with key roles played by Sreeleela, Ravi Mohan, and Atharvaa. The film had generated significant pre-release curiosity due to its historical backdrop and messaging, as well as because it marks Sivakarthikeyan’s milestone 25th project.

Notwithstanding that expectation, Tuesday’s day 4 numbers showing almost no change point out that the film is probably going to take a moderate box office run instead of the blockbuster path that the industry analysts had first wished for.

Normally, it’s not unusual for movies to get more and more popular later through holiday boosts or regional strength, but the current day 4 data still indicates that Parasakthi’s early theatrical life will be tough.
