Megastar Amitabh Bachchan took off to Maldives to celebrate his 75th birthday with just family members on October 10. While it was quite a hush-hush affair with just loved ones, his son and actor Abhishek Bachchan is keeping his fans updated by posting pictures on his Instagram profile.
Junior Bachchan has shared two posts so far and it’s grand. While one was taken en route to their destination, the second update was shared two hours before his birthday ended.

The source was quoted as saying, “The entire Bachchan clan, including Shweta Bachchan Nanda and her children Navya Naveli and Agastya, will be heading out to Maldives on October 10. Abhishek and Aishwarya have planned a week-long celebration and supervised all the arrangements. Aaradhya has designed a special hand-painted card for her grandfather. They will ring in his birthday with fireworks, cake, and wine.”
On the professional front, Amitabh is hosting television reality show, Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 9. He is also busy shooting for his upcoming film, Thugs of Hindostan with Aamir Khan, Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Shaikh.
