JVM General Secretary and MLA Pradeep Yadav attended his scheduled programme at Gaighat in opposition to the Adani Group’s proposed power plant in Godda. Jharkhand. Due to excessive presence of local police and state reserve police forces, it is being speculated that Yadav is likely to be arrested.
Sources say that due to massive support from locals at programme venue, the police haven’t been able to arrest him yet to prevent the situation from going out of hand. Local sources confirm that the police has been waiting since evening and Yadav can be arrested late at night.
