Actor Rahul Bose was recently left in shock after he was charged a bizarre amount for pair of bananas by a luxury hotel in Chandigarh.
The actor took the issue to Twitter and addressed it in a sarcastic video. He showed the bananas along with the bill to his followers.
In the video, Rahul is seen telling his followers that he ordered two bananas while working out in the gym and received them while he returned back to the room but he was left amazed after seeing the total amount of Rs 442.5 charged by the hotel.
The hotel has classified the bananas as ‘fruit platter’ and he was charged GST on the item too. The actor ended the video by saying that the bananas are too good for him.

The netizens expressed shock over the price of the fruits. While one user thought that it was wrong of them to charge GST, another remarked that if the bananas were gold plated.
Not only sympathetic comments were received by the actor. Some commented that if he is not okay with the room service changes then he should simply not stay there.
