Punjab and Haryana High Courts have directed Punjab Police to file an FIR against self-styled god woman, Radhe Ma, based on the basis of a plea filed by former Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) member, Surender Mittal.
Mittal, a resident of Phagwara, had approached the court saying that Radhe Ma had been continuously threatening him to not speak against her.
An audio tape had surfaced in 2016, where the controversial god woman was reportedly seducing Mittal.
Radhe Maa had earlier landed in trouble when a woman from Mumbai alleged that she made her husband’s family torture her mentally and physically. She was also booked under obscenity and cheating when videos of her being carried around during satsangs surfaced in 2015.
