An under-construction bungalow in Mumbai’s Bandra has recently been spotted by Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Neetu Kapoor. According to reports, Ranbir will name the bungalow after his and Alia’s one-year-old daughter Raha Kapoor. Raha will become Bollywood’s youngest and wealthiest star kid as a result of this move.
Bollywood Life reports that Ranbir and family spent 250 crores on the new bungalow, making it the ‘most expensive’ celebrity bungalow in Mumbai, beating Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan’s Jalsa.
Sources have indicated that Ranbir and Alia are investing their hard-earned money equally into building their dream home. Once the house is built, it is expected to cost more than 250 crores. This will become the most expensive bungalow in the Mumbai area in comparison to Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan’s Jalsa.
According to a source, Ranbir Kapoor will also name the bungalow in the name of his daughter Raha Kapoor, who is deeply and madly in love with her. This will make Raha the richest star kid in B-Town. Besides this massive bungalow, Alia and Ranbir also own four flats in Bandra, worth more than $60 million.
It is tax-exempt to receive gifts from relatives in India, but future profits or gains are taxed, according to Live Mint.
Neetu Kapoor will be the bungalow’s co-owner?
The bungalow will be co-owned by Raha’s grandmother Neetu Kapoor after her late husband, actor Rishi Kapoor, designated her as half-owner. The Kapoor family, including Neetu, is speculated to move into the bungalow once it is completed. Neetu recently purchased a lavish house in Bandra. Alia and Ranbir are currently living with Raha at Vastu.
