Our stubborn old warrior #Crayon had to be released into #horse heaven last night after he reared (stand on his 2 hind legs) up and fell backwards and hit his head on a stone .. we tried for 3 days but there seemed to be no way to get him back up as he was paralysed below the neck and lost his eyesight.. he fell backwards like this many times in his life – a few times with a rider(including me) on his back .. a strong willed horse who never really listened to anyone (a very Jat trait) but we loved him nonetheless.. he was with us for 15 years and left many a great memories.. farewell my friend ?thank you for the lesson that we eventually do fall to our vices ?
