Re-NEET OMR Sheet 2026: NTA is soon going to upload the Re-NEET UG 2026 OMR response sheet and the final answer key on its official website, neet.nta.nic.in. Students will be able to open the portal with their application number and password, then download their OMR sheet. The exam was held again on June 21, 2026, and the provisional answer key was released on June 25, 2026.
The OMR sheet is the paper that shows the answers marked by a student during the exam. The final answer key is the corrected and final set of answers fixed by NTA after checking the objections sent by candidates. That final key will be used to make the result. Reports from today say the OMR sheet is expected very soon, with many updates pointing to July 8, 2026 as the likely release day.

Final Answer Key and Objections
NTA opened the objection window for the provisional answer key on June 25, 2026. The official notice says candidates could challenge the answers online, and the fee was Rs 200 for each question. The challenge window ended on June 28, 2026. NTA is now checking all the objections before publishing the final answer key.
The current reports say around 10,000 objections were received from students. The final key will come after that review, and the result will follow on the basis of the corrected answers. Some reports also say NTA may publish the final key together with the result or just before it.

Bonus Marks and Total Marks
The official provisional key already showed some special cases in the paper. In some booklet codes, one question was marked as dropped, and in another case two answers were accepted for a question. Since NEET questions carry 4 marks each, a dropped question can give +4 marks to all candidates who appeared, while a question with two correct answers can give +4 marks to students who marked either approved option. The NEET paper is for 720 marks in total.
