Realme plans to launch a new smartphone in India soon which will focus wholly on the entertainment of the users. Although there is no much information yet sources are saying that the upcoming phone will be made available on e-commerce site Flipkart. To create the hype around the mysterious smartphone, the e-commerce site has already set up a microsite on its platform.
The smartphone company gave us some basic hints that the phone will be focusing on entertainment solely as Realme tweeted on their official handle, “Gear up to enjoy your favourite movies, music, save those memorable moments and play exciting games as #EntertainmentKaBoss is all set to take the centre stage! What does real entertainment mean to you? #StayTuned.”

It has also been expected that the smartphone company will name its upcoming device as Realme A1 which has been rumoured as a budget smartphone that will fall below the Realme U1 that has a starting price of Rs 11,999 for the base version.
The teaser on Flipkart suggests the Realme phone will come with an iPhone X-like notch. The brand’s most affordable smartphone is the Realme C1 which retails for Rs 8,990, so we would expect the new phone to be placed between the U1 and C1. Realme C1 is rumoured to come in black and yellow colour options.
In India, smartphone company Xiaomi is currently leading the trading under the mid-range segment. Realme, which is a spin-off of Oppo, has also been successful in selling mid-range smartphones in India.
