Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi is speculated to be all set to launch the Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro flagship smartphones. Alongside the Redmi K20, some rumours now reveal that Redmi could launch its first ever laptop in China. The Redmi laptop is tipped to be called RedmiBook 14.
As the name suggests the all-new RedmiBook 14 will come packed with a 14-inch screen and an intel processor as suggested by the leakster Ishan Agarwal.
The leak further reveals that the RedmiBook 14 will be available in three versions, which are Intel Core i3, Intel Core i5 and Intel Core i7 processors. The base version of RedmiBook 14 is also tipped to come with integrated graphics. In comparison, the high-end RedmiBook is expected to feature an NVIDIA GeForce MX250 GPU.
The leaks also revealed that the RedmiBook 14 will arrive with two RAM and storage variants- 4GB/8GB and 256GB/512GB flash storage. The report adds that the laptop will be launched in a Silver color option.
A recent teaser from Xiaomi’s India Head Manu Kumar Jain posted a tweet teasing that the Redmi K20 could be launched in the country soon. But there is no word regarding the laptop. However, the RedmiBook 14 is expected to launch alongside the Redmi K20 in China.
As of now, there is no confirmation regarding the launch and pricing of the laptop. But there are increased possibilities for the Redmi laptop to be priced relatively less expensive than the Mi Notebook laptops.
