With the upsurge in the usage of the internet, various artists are coming up with their own ways to market their content. In one of such attempts, America’s celebrated writer James Patterson has introduced a Facebook Messenger version of his latest novel – The Chef. On Tuesday, Patterson launched a book on its Facebook page. Anyone interested to read the book, just need to message the page and the book will be produced to them, chapter by chapter. The entry in the messenger contains text messages, videos, audios and various documents.
“The Chef” is a story about Caleb Rooney, a police detective in New Orleans during the day and a food truck chef in the night. The book would make its print debut in the coming February.
