In a brief clipping that is going viral on Twitter, NBC News journalist Megyn Kelly is seen interacting with PM Modi and Russian President Vladimir Putin ahead of the International Economic Forum in Russia.

It is believed that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi happens to have a large number of following not only in India, but all over the world.

However, his immense popularity has become questionable after Kelly asked the Prime Minster if he happens to have a Twitter handle of his own, to which the PM responded with a ‘yes’ amidst laughter.

Little did she know that PM Modi is the second most followed leader on Twitter with close to 30.3 million followers. Due to her statement, Kelly became a much-talked about subject on Twitter. While some had a good laugh at her unpreparedness, others trolled her for her lack of knowledge about the Indian Prime Minister.

While some are pointing out that Kelly had no reason to brief herself about Modi as she was there to interview the Russian President.
