Roadies 21 Karan Kundrra: Karan Kundrra could be back on MTV Roadies. Reports say the actor is in talks with the makers of Roadies Season 21 for a possible return as a Gang Leader. The reports also suggest that he could take the place of Prince Narula.
There is no official confirmation from MTV or Karan Kundrra yet. Still, the news has started getting attention among Roadies fans. Some viewers are excited about the idea of seeing Karan back on the show, while others feel that Prince has become a very important part of the Roadies lineup.
It is also not clear whether Prince Narula would leave the show completely or simply take a break because of other work. At the same time, several other names have been discussed by fans for the new season, including Baseer Ali, Neha Dhupia, Rhea Chakraborty, Elvish Yadav and Rajat Dalal.
Karan Kundrra Has A Long Roadies Connection
Karan Kundrra is not new to Roadies. He previously appeared as a Gang Leader in Roadies X2 and Roadies X4. He also returned for Roadies Rising in 2017.
His time on Roadies Rising became controversial during the audition stage. A video from the auditions showed Karan slapping a contestant after the contestant said he had slapped his sister over her choice to marry a friend. The incident became a major topic at the time. Karan later confirmed that he would not continue with the season, while Nikhil Chinapa took over his gang.
Reports at the time also said that Karan had other work commitments and could not take part in the journey shoot. The makers officially brought in Nikhil Chinapa as his replacement.
Could Season 21 Mark His Full Return?
If the current talks finally lead to a deal, Roadies Season 21 could give Karan a proper return to the franchise nearly a decade after his last stint.
His possible comeback would also bring a familiar face back to the Gang Leader panel. Karan has already spent several seasons in the show and knows how the Roadies format works.
