In the 2014 Haryana Vidhan Sabha (Haryana Legislative Assembly) Elections, Bharatiya Janata Party’s Balwant Singh defeated INLD hope Pinki Chhapper by more than 14 thousand votes. Singh received 63772 votes to Chhapper’s 49626 votes.
