Veteran actor Shatrughan Sinha took to social media on Tuesday to wish Sonam Kapoor on the occasion of her 35th birthday.
Sonam’s friends and colleagues from the film industry shared celebratory messages for her and veteran actor turned politician Shatrughan Sinha also shared a post on the occasion of Sonam’s birthday.
While it is usually customary to share pics with the person whose birthday is being celebrated, Shatrughan missed the fact that his post pic for Sonam’s birthday had her missing from the image and had only her father Anil Kapoor.
He took to Twitter and wrote, “Birthday wishes to dear Sonam Kapoor.”
Many pointed out Shatrughan’s blunder and mocked him for his birthday post for Sonam.

However, Shatrugan Sinha later deleted the tweet. But netizens trended #Sonam mocking the veteran for missing her out.
Meanwhile, many other stars of the film industry wished Sonam on her birthday. Anushka Sharma, Katrina Kaif, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Arjun Kapoor and other wished her with lovely words and throwback pictures.
