Silverstorm Parks files DRHP with BSE SME for upcoming IPO

Silverstorm Parks & Resorts has filed its DRHP with BSE SME to launch an IPO, aiming to raise funds for expansion, new snow parks, debt repayment, and business growth.

Silverstorm Parks IPO: Silverstorm Parks and Resorts has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus, also called DRHP, with the BSE SME Exchange. It submitted the papers on December 26, 2025. This filing means the company plans to launch an SME IPO soon.

The issue will include up to 62 lakh equity shares. Each share will have a face value of Rs 10. The company has not yet shared details like the price band, total issue value, lot size, or exact dates.

Why does the company want to Raise Money?

Silverstorm said it plans to use most of the IPO money to grow its business and make its operations stronger. A major part of the funds will go into building a new Snow Park and Family Entertainment Centre in Lucknow. The company also wants to expand and improve its existing theme park. Another part of the money will help repay some old loans. The rest will be used for regular business needs so daily work runs smoothly.

All about Silverstorm

Silverstorm Parks and Resorts runs a large amusement destination near the Athirappilly waterfalls in Thrissur, Kerala. The park spreads across about 17.38 acres. It brings many attractions together in one place. These include an amusement and water park, Kerala’s first indoor snow park, and an integrated resort.

The company already runs its indoor snow park called Snow Storm at Athirappilly. Through a subsidiary, it has also opened a snow park in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. As part of its expansion plan, Silverstorm now wants to open a new snow park and family entertainment centre in Lucknow.

Silverstorm shared that more than 15 lakh people visited its Athirappilly park over the last three financial years and the six months ending September 30, 2025. To attract even more visitors, the company is building a 1.2-kilometre aerial cable car at Athirappilly. This project is likely to start operations in the fourth quarter of FY26. It will add new rides and high-thrill water attractions.

Silverstorm Growth

In FY25, Silverstorm reported revenue of Rs 31 crore. Its EBITDA stood at Rs 16.56 crore, and profit after tax reached Rs 9.71 crore. For the six months ending September 2025, the company earned Rs 13.12 crore in revenue. EBITDA came in at Rs 7.16 crore, and profit after tax was Rs 4.15 crore.
