SSC Stenographer 2018 result: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the result of skill test for SSC stenographer Grade C and D recruitment 2018 on March 18 on its official website. Candidates who appeared for the test are advised to keep track of the official website of SSC at ssc.nic.in regarding the result.
Earlier, the result was slated to be released on March 17 which was postponed and now according to the latest official notification, the result will be declared on March 18.
Moreover, before this postponed, the SSC had scheduled the result declaration for SSC stenographer skill test on March 6 but it was postponed to March 17 which has been further extended to March 18.
The result notification reads “Skill Tests were conducted by the Regional Offices of the Commission. 4321 candidates (2980 English + 1341 Hindi) appeared in Stenographer Grade ‘C’ Skill Test and 5343 candidates (3647 English + 1696 Hindi) appeared in Stenographer Grade ‘D’ Skill Test.”
The notification also reads “The schedule of Document Verification in respect of Regions (other than CR, ER and NER, wherein the document verification has already been completed) will be uploaded on the websites of the concerned Regional offices of the Commission shortly.”

- A new page in the pdf format will appear
- Download and take a printout of the SSC Stenographer 2018 Result for future use
SSC Stenographer Grade C Skill Test result
SSC Stenographer Grade D Skill Test result
A total of 9956 candidates had passed the skill test for grade C while 185356 had qualified for grade D. The computer-based test was held from February 5 to 8, 2019 for which the result was announced on April 15, 2019. The final answer key for the exam was released on June 7.
SSC conducts recruitment drive to fill 473 vacancies of Stenographer grade C and 991 vacancies of stenographer in grade D. A total of 436910 candidates had applied for the recruitment test.
Candidates who appeared for the examination and were eagerly waiting for the result will finally be able to check their results on March 18 at ssc.nic.in.
