Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) Gurdaspur Member of Parliament (MP) Sunny Deol may lose Gurdaspur seat as according to the reports Elections Commission is likely to send notice to him for overspending.
The Commission has received complaints about Sunny Deol exceeding the expenditure limits set by them. According to the Election Commission, crossing the expenses limits may invite strict action against such MPs.
