Good news for Shweta Tiwari fans as the actress is all set to foray into a digital medium. The Kasautii Zindagii Kay actress took a break for over three years to embrace motherhood and after the birth of her baby boy, Reyansh in 2016, she’s excited to resume her work as an actress.
Shweta was last seen in &TV’s Begusarai and since her web series debut will air of Alt Balaji, it will also see her collaborating with Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Productions once again. The new series helmed by Deeya Singh and Tony Singh’s DJ’s creative unit is titled Hum, Tum Aur Them and the actress will romance Akshay Oberoi in the same. This will be an unconventional jodi and the concept is very interesting. While this will be Shweta’s first experience with the digital medium, Akshay has previously done series like Test Case and Selection Day. As per reports, Ekta had even approached her to star in the reboot of Kasautii Zindagii Kay, however, Palak wasn’t keen to sign it.
