US president-elect Donald Trump has vowed to immediately deport up to three million undocumented immigrants from the country once he takes office.
“What we are going to do is get the people that are criminal and have criminal records, gang members, drug dealers, where a lot of these people, probably two million, it could be even three million, we are getting them out of our country or we are going to incarcerate,” Trump told CBS anchor, during an Interview.
“But we’re getting them out of our country, they’re here illegally”, he added.
Trump also said he’s determined to build a wall along the border of Mexico, but will accept fencing in some places. “For certain areas, I would. But for certain areas a wall is more appropriate,” the real-estate mogul said. “I’m very good at this. It’s called construction.”
Trump claimed that his combined followers on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram is 28 million.
On the issue of abortion, Trump said “women seeking abortions perhaps have to go — they’ll have to go to another state. . . . That has a long, long way to go.”
There are nearly 11 million undocumented immigrants in US.
