1. 8 Grams Gold for Women on Marriage
The most popular promise of discussion is the “Annan Seer” marriage assistance program which provides eligible women with 8 grams of gold and a silk saree as their wedding gift. The proposal is aimed at supporting low and middle-income families.
2. Monthly Financial Aid for Women
TVK has promised ₹2,500 per month to women heads of families below 60 years of age, excluding households of state and central government employees. The party uses women voters as its primary focus for developing its election campaign approach.
3. Free LPG Cylinders
The manifesto promises six free LPG cylinders every year for households, a scheme designed to reduce household expenses amid rising cooking gas prices.
4. Farm Loan Waiver
Vijay has pledged a complete crop loan waiver for farmers owning less than five acres of land and a 50% waiver for those owning more than five acres. The manifesto also includes better procurement prices for paddy and sugarcane farmers.
5. Free Electricity Promise
TVK has included free electricity support to its welfare program because this service provides essential support to households and farming customers in Tamil Nadu.

Clarifying how the schemes would be funded despite the state’s rising debt, Vijay said the problem was corruption rather than lack of money. He described this as “30% Stalin tax,” referring to alleged diversion of public funds. “If we remove such corruption, everything will run properly.”
Regarding the controversy around his personal issues, Vijay said, “I see many of you getting hurt while fighting for it. I get hurt when I see that. I will deal with it. Let us together focus only on the people’s problems. Don’t feel discouraged as it is not worth it.”
