The ₹210 crore IPO got 14.60 times subscription overall, as per exchange numbers shared on the last day by market trackers.

In the QIB pool, not counting anchor investors, bids stood at 19.13 times. NII bids were 19.41 times. Retail bids reached 9.95 times.

The offer had a fresh issue only. It included 1.50 crore equity shares, with no offer for sale.

Money from the issue is meant to support in-progress work. It will also go toward land purchase and general business use.

After allotment is done, the timeline looks like this:

  • September 17: Refunds and fund release
  • September 17: Shares move to Demat accounts of those who get them
