Watchout late comers! SBI employees’ wives may complain bank if they return home late

Bringing a sigh of relief to the bankers’ wives, India’s largest bank State Bank of India has started a new program named ‘Nai Didha’ (New Direction), an initiative under which an employee’s wife can make a complaint to husband’s boss if he returns home late despite being relieved on time from the office.

The program has already been started in at least 11 of the 40 branches of SBI Bank inn the Gwalior.

Under the program, the husbands are being explained that they must give time to family and children so that misunderstanding between the couple can be minimised. During the training sessions between 3 PM tp 8 PM, the couples are being explained how to make a balance between professional and personal life.

How to lodge a complaint?

Undr this program, the wife of the SBI banker will be given a code to be kept safe with herself. Whenever the husband is late from the office, the wife had to scan the code from her mobile phone following which she’ll be able to write any comment, remarks she wishes to make.

Along with the complaint, the wife will be required to mention her husband’s name and PF number.
