Recently, Priyanka Chopra was under a pool of rumours and questions over her decision to quit Salman’s ‘Bharat’, and now, it has emerged that Priyanka Chopra and Farhan Akhtar have started working for their upcoming film ‘The Sky is Pink’.
The many rumoured reasons over her quitting step revolved around her marriage with American singer Nick Jonas. However, sources from the set of ‘The Sky is pink’, have confirmed that marriage was certainly not the reason.
“Priyanka Chopra starts shooting for our film from August 8 in Mumbai. There is no change in her plans. If she was getting married she would have informed us by now. She was supposed to join Salman Khan’s crew for Bharat in the second week of August. The plan was to shoot for Bharat and The Sky Is Pink simultaneously in Mumbai. Now she’s only going to shoot for our film.”
Adding further, sources said “it was probably the length of her role. We can’t be sure. But in our film she is the central character. Bharat is Salman’s show all the way.”

Film ‘The Sky is Pink’ is based on the life of Aisha Chaudhary, who became a motivational speaker after being diagnosed with an immune deficiency order at the age of 13.
The official release date of the movie is yet to be announced.
