Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Friday presented a comprehensive report card on her administration’s first year, emphasizing efforts towards impactful governance and support for disadvantaged communities. This follows the BJP’s sweeping success in the recent Assembly election.
During a press briefing at the Delhi Secretariat, Chief Minister Gupta described the report as evidence of her government’s dedication to progress and upliftment of marginalized groups, highlighting the adoption of the Antyodaya philosophy.
The administration’s initial Cabinet meeting saw the rollout of the Ayushman Bharat health initiative, with over 7 lakh registrations and 30,000 beneficiaries, while Rs 700 crore was earmarked for JJ cluster development, addressing slum-dwellers’ needs.
