Srinagar, April 14 (IANS) Thirteen patients, who had tested positive and then recovered over time, were discharged on Tuesday from a hospital in Srinagar after full-recovery from the dreaded infection.

Naveed Nazir Shah, head of department at Srinagar’s chest diseases hospital said in repeated tests, 13 positive patients have turned negative. “A satisfactory moment, relieved 13 COVID patients for home quarantine, not to lower our guard, stay home, stay safe, maintain social distance. Obey advisories. Together we can overcome all challenges,” he tweeted.

Till yesterday, 16 positive cases, nine in Jammu division and 7 in Kashmir division had recovered fully and were discharged for home quarantine from the hospitals they had been admitted to.
