2025 Hyundai Tucson Unveiled with Enhanced Design and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems at New York Auto Show: Hyundai debuted the massively redesigned 2025 Tucson at the New York International Auto Show. Hybrid and plug-in hybrid powertrains will be offered in addition to the conventional internal combustion engine model. Hyundai states that the United States market will progressively receive these options.

The hybrid powertrains will be for sale by the end of the summer, whereas the 2.5-liter 4-cylinder version of the model will be commercially available in June. Official pricing information for the model will be disclosed before its introduction to the market. Additionally, the company has unveiled an upgraded Santa Cruz pickup truck for the 2025 model year. Additionally, Hyundai displayed the vehicle at the auto show.

Hyundai Tucson 2025: Interior and Exterior Components

Despite undergoing exterior and interior design modifications, the 2025 Hyundai Tucson SUV maintains its recognizable overall silhouette from the current model. A revised parametric grille with dynamic rear lights (DRLs), updated front and rear bumpers, anodized aluminum badges, new alloy tire designs, 75mm longer rear wiper blades, and new roof rails are the design elements of this model.

Upon entering the cabin, one will discern that the South Korean automaker has undergone substantial interior revisions. Notably, the dashboard, steering wheel, and curved display featuring a 12.3-inch infotainment system and a 12.3-inch instrument cluster have been replaced. The center stack features newly installed USB connections and knobs and switchgear for frequently used functions such as the climate and music settings. The placement of the gear lever has been changed from the center console to the steering column on variants that employ shift-by-wire technology. Standard equipment includes wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and for the first time, purchasers have the option to select a 12-inch color head-up display. Furthermore, over-the-air updates are compatible with the Tucson 2025 model year.

Also receiving enhancements is the automobile’s ADAS suite. To encourage safe driving, the 2025 model receives a Forward Attention Warning (FAW) system, which tracks the driver’s level of attentiveness using an infrared camera mounted on the steering column. Smart Cruise Control 2, which is available, monitors the driver’s attention continuously. The system safely stops the vehicle and engages the electronic parking brake and hazard lighting if the driver appears unresponsive. Additionally, load limiters and pre-tensioners are now standard on rear outboard passenger seatbelts.

The unit’s utmost output power is 187 horsepower. Additionally available are plug-in hybrid configurations with 268bhp and hybrid configurations with 231bhp.

Now owners can utilize regenerative braking to varying degrees. It is worth noting that both variants have all-wheel drive. In addition, Hyundai integrated three further drive-mode alternatives. In addition to the customizable My Drive, we also offer a Baby mode to facilitate a more seamless acceleration experience. The Green Zone mode, designed for plug-in hybrid propulsion systems, increases the vehicle’s range in electric vehicle mode.
