2026 Maruti Brezza Facelift: The 2026 Maruti Suzuki Brezza facelift is being discussed as its officially going to debut in India on July 24. It should bring one of the country’s best-selling compact SUVs a bit more up to date with fresher styling upgraded technology, and some new powertrain options. Maruti Suzuki has not officially disclosed pricing yet though, so for now we’re stuck with industry estimates that point to a modest premium over the outgoing model.
This update also lands when the sub-four-metre SUV space is getting more crowded and competitive. Names like the Hyundai Venue, Tata Nexon, Kia Sonet, Mahindra XUV 3XO and Skoda Kylaq have been raising the bar for things like tech inside the cabin and safety on the road.
How Much Could The 2026 Maruti Brezza Facelift Cost?

Automotive industry reports suggest the refreshed Brezza may be priced anywhere from ₹8.5 lakh to ₹13.5 lakh (ex-showroom) across most variants. Meanwhile the top spec grades, especially those with extra equipment and more convenience extras, could edge closer to the ₹14 lakh mark. That would represent a slight increase over the current model, which starts at around ₹8.26 lakh and goes up to approximately ₹13.01 lakh (ex-showroom).

Engine Options: What Is Expected?
One of the biggest talking points surrounding the facelift is the possibility of a 1.0-litre Boosterjet turbo-petrol engine, which would offer buyers a more performance-oriented alternative. At the same time, reports indicate the existing 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine is likely to remain on sale, paired with manual and automatic transmission options.
Safety Features
Safety is expected to remain a major focus for the facelift. The updated SUV is likely to continue offering:
- Six airbags as standard across variants
- Electronic Stability Program (ESP) and Hill Hold Assist
- Level 2 ADAS (expected on top-end variants)
- 1.0-litre Boosterjet turbo-petrol engine with mild-hybrid technology (expected alongside the existing 1.5-litre petrol)
- 6-speed manual gearbox (expected) along with automatic transmission options
