Ferney has more than 2 million followers across TikTok and Instagram. She works with Top Tier Travel, where she helps arrange luxury holidays and other high-end travel plans. The company now focuses more on ultra-wealthy clients. According to Fortune, clients pay a $100,000 yearly fee and are expected to spend at least $1 million a year on travel.

Working With Millionaires And Billionaires Changed Her View
Ferney grew up in Canada and said she once saw “no” as a final answer. Her experience changed after she started working with wealthy people.
“When I started working with wealthy people, I was surprised to discover that a “no” is not final. With enough money and connections, there is usually a way around a “no”,” she said in statements to Business Insider.
Her job can involve requests that sound unbelievable to most people. Ferney has spoken about helping with a $400,000 gift and dealing with a situation where one client’s son lost $900,000 while gambling. She also shares some of these unusual moments on social media. Her videos helped bring more attention to the company and its wealthy customer base.
Fortune reported that some clients have family wealth going back several generations, while others became rich through areas such as crypto. Their travel styles can be very different. Some repeat the same family holidays every year, while others may suddenly spend millions on a trip.
She Travels Around 300 Days A Year
The job comes with a major personal cost too. Ferney has said that she and her fiancé, Troy, spend around 300 days each year traveling. They don’t currently have a permanent home because they are on the road so often. At times, the luxury lifestyle isn’t quite as glamorous as it may look online. She has even mentioned washing clothes in a sink while traveling.

“We’re enjoying it a lot, but I know this isn’t sustainable in the long term”, she explained.
The pressure of the job has also affected her health. She said she started losing her hair because of stress after handling international travel for clients while often staying awake through the night. She later became more focused on sleep, meditation and taking better care of herself.
Her Idea Of Success Has Also Changed
Working with the ultra-rich has changed more than just Ferney’s career. It has also changed the way she thinks about success and building wealth.
“I am at a point in my career that a few years ago I did not even believe was possible. I earn three times what I considered a good salary. I have accomplished a great many things on my wish list. My criteria for success have changed. The bar is much higher. I have access to people and knowledge that can help me build wealth in ways I did not believe were possible,” she said.
