Twenty years later, the love story of Rama and Sita has been through a chequered journey full of twists and turns. Afreen (Rashmika Mandanna) is in search of Sita and she figures out that she has to first trace Ram. The film is a moving tale about unconditional love.

Adapted from Chetan Bhagat’s novel of the same name, 2 States is one of the most beautiful romantic dramas set in contemporary India with a campus set up. A Punjabi munda (Arjun Kapoor) and Tamilian girl (Alia Bhatt) discover love on their college campus. However, their diverse cultures make its culmination a challenge.
