Allu Arjun is one of the most celebrated actors of the south industry. The actor is fondly referred to as Bunny by his fans and yes there is a reason behind the name he got from his fans. The good looking actor turns 36 today and that is quite a happy day for the actor’s fans.

He is a son of film producer Allu Aravind and is one of the most sought actors in the Tollywood industry. The actor made a debut in the industry when he was a child and then 16 years later, he made a cameo in the film Daddy. The actor career changed after he did a film with director Sukumar.

  • Aarya

Released in 2004, Aarya is a romantic action film that brought Allu Arjun and director Sukumar together for the first time and since then the duo is the magical pair of Tollywood. The film is remade in many other languages and in the film the actor played the role of Slipshod brat.

 

  • Bunny

Released in 2005, the actor played a titular role in the film who was called Raja. Through this film, the actor is fondly called Bunny by his fans. The film was filled with action and drama and was a super hit on the box office too. Bunny was helmed by V.V Vinayak and it was also dubbed in Oriya, Hindi, and Malayalam.

 

  • Happy

Released in 2006, Happy, apart from Allu Arjun starred Bollywood actors Genelia D’Souza and Manoj Bajpayee in the lead. The film was an average hit at the ticket windows but the Malayalam version was a hit.  The film was produced by actor’s father Allu Aravind.

 

  • Desamuduru

Released in 2007, the film has been one of the biggest hits in Allu Arjun’s career. He was paired opposite Hansika Motwani.  Rambha featured in an item song, was the highest grossing film of that year. The actor underwent a transformation to get into the skin of his character, Govind.
