Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday wrote Election Commission seeking that the Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) should not be used for the upcoming municipal polls in Delhi. The polls to the three municipal corporations of Delhi will be held in April.
The Aam Aadmi Party national convener demand was backed by Delhi Congress Chief Ajay Maken who asked Delhi CM to hold the MCD elections through ballot papers.
Many are doubting EVMs-
Not prejudiced-nor casting aspersions on results;

Maken also posted a picture of a letter he wrote to Kejriwal asking him to hold polls through Ballot Paper.

The demand from Delhi CM surfaced following the results of UP assembly elections, as some politicians alleged that EVMs have tampered during the UP polls.
After being defeated in Uttar Pradesh, BSP chief Mayawati accused BJP of tampering with the EVMs. However, the EC rejected BSP supremo’s claim.
In the meantime, BJP leader Manoj Tiwari reacted on Kejriwal’s demand. Here’s what he has to say:
