ACET February 2020: The registration process has been commenced by the Institute of Actuaries of India (IAI) for the Actuarial Common Entrance Test (ACET) on its official website, actuariesindia.org.
Candidates can apply till January 29, 2020, up to 3 PM. The exam is slated to be conducted on February 29, 2020, from 10 AM to 1 PM.
The candidates who will be applying for the ACET exam can download it from February 12, 2020, onwards and the result is expected to declare on March 7, 2020. Qualified candidates will be eligible to enroll in the IAI. Applicants must have passed class 12th who wish to apply for the exam.

Exam pattern
The ACET is a three-hour duration exam. The exam will consist of 70 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) which carry 100 marks. Out of the total questions in the exam, there will be 45 questions of one mark while 20 and five questions will be for two-and-three marks, respectively.
The exam will have mathematics (30 marks), statistics (30 marks), data interpretation (15), English (15) and logical reasoning (10). Candidates will have to obtain at least 50 per cent marks in the entrance exam to pass.
