Alienware Introduces the All-New Aurora R16 Desktop PC: Alienware has recently unveiled the successor to the Aurora R15 desktop gaming computer. The new model is the Aurora R16, which is aesthetically distinct from its antecedent. So here are the specifics.
Alienware Aurora R16 Design and Specifications
The new Aurora R16 is an updated model of the company’s primary gaming system. It features a redesigned exterior that eschews the triangular form of the Aurora R15 in favour of the rectangular design of the Legend 3 gaming laptop, which was introduced this year. The Aurora R16 is approximately 40 percent smaller than its predecessor, which represents a significant design modification. Despite this, it maintains the same internal volume and continues to be upgradeable.
In addition, the Alienware Command Centre for desktop PCs is introduced with the Aurora R16 model. In addition to its reduced size, the latest PC features acoustics that are 20 percent quieter, temperatures that are 7 percent lower, and CPU temperatures that are up to 10 percent lower than those of the R15. According to official claims, the PC has a 54.5 percent larger open ratio and larger air intake and exhaust.
In the United States and Canada, the R16 is currently available with Nvidia RTX 4070 and RTX 4070 Ti graphics processors. On the other hand, GPUs RTX 3050 and RTX 4080 can be found on the European and Asian markets. This device features two M.2 PCIe SSD slots, up to 8TB of internal storage, and Wi-Fi 6E with rates of up to 2.5Gbps. The cost of the new R16 desktop computer from Alienware is $1,750.
