The television industry is treating the fans with the sequels of their favourite serials. Earlier, Rubina Dilaik and Dipika Kakkar returned as the lead roles of the serials Shakti and Sasual Simar Ka 2.
Now, Anikta Lokhande is all set to make a comeback as Archana in Zee TV’s popular serial Pavitra Rishta 2.
Ankita Lokhande to make comeback as ‘Archana’ in Pavitra Rishta 2?
A report published in Bollywood Bubble states that Ankita Lokhande will return as Archana in the second season. A source close to the development informed the entertainment portal that the pre-production work for Pavitra Rishta 2 has commenced in full swing, and if everything goes well, the makers will begin the shoot for the same soon.
Interestingly, makers will be launching a new face for Manav’s role played by late Sushant Singh Rajput and Hiten Tejwani in the first season. The official confirmation about the same is yet to come.
Pavitra Rishta also featured Usha Nadkarni, Asha Negi, Rithvik Dhanjani, Shruti Kanwar, Amit Sarin, Hiten Tejwani, Mohit Keswani, Karan Veer Mehra.
Ekta Kapoor too took to Instagram to share a video where she asked fans to speculate about the show they are working on. Giving us hints she said, “it is the most popular Balaji show and had done over 1000 episodes.”
