Asia Cup 2023: Monday, the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) announced that the Asia Cup 2023 will be contested from August 31 to September 17.
The tournament will begin with four encounters in Pakistan, as the ACC has approved a hybrid format. This year’s tournament will be contested in ODI format, and the final nine matches will be played in Sri Lanka.
The Asia Cup 2023 will feature six teams: India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, and Nepal, which qualified for the tournament for the first time this year.
In 2022, Sri Lanka defeated Pakistan in the Asia Cup final in the United Arab Emirates to retain its title.
