Australian spin legend Shane Warne and the greatest leg-spinner of all-time, Shane Warne, has passed away aged 52.

Warne’s management released a brief statement in the early hours of Saturday (AEDT), that he passed away in Koh Samui, Thailand, of a suspected heart attack.

‘The family requests privacy at this time and will provide further details in due course.’

Shane Warne took 708 wickets in his illustrious 15 year career but was equally as noted for his life off the field as on it.
