Ayesha began her career as a model at the age of 15, when she appeared in “I Am a Complan Boy! I’m a Complan Girl!” campaign and also appeared in Falguni Pathak’s music video for “Meri Chunar Udd Udd Jaye.” In the future, she appeared alongside Keith Sequeira in the music video “Shake It Daddy” Remix version of the song “Nahin Nahin Abhi Nahin,” both of which were directed by Radhika Rao and Vinay Sapru.
